1. Organizer

IEXPRESS MY SDN BHD. (“Organizer”), company registration no. 201901042441 (1351771‑V), of 1‑08, Plaza Haji Taib, No. 42, Lorong Haji Taib 5, 50350 Kuala Lumpur, in partnership with SPX Xpress Malaysia.

2. Campaign Period

00:00 (UTC+8) on 22 September 2025 to 23:59 (UTC+8) on 16 November 2025 (“Campaign Period”).

3. Eligibility

• Open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above.
• Must ship a walk‑in non‑Shopee (NSS) parcel via any participating iExpress station during the Campaign Period.
• Excludes:
   
  • Drop‑off orders
  • Internal or staff shipments
  • SPX Shopee platform orders
  • Shipments not fully paid at drop‑off
     

4. Entry Mechanism

• Each qualifying shipment automatically generates one (1) entry, using the customer’s name & phone number captured in the SPX system.
   
• Multiple shipments = multiple entries. No manual forms required.
   

5. Winner Selection

• There will be four (4) bi‑weekly reward selections, with three (3) winners each time (total of 12 vouchers).
• Winners are chosen at the sole discretion of the Organizer using internal randomization tools.
   
• Winners selected in one draw are not eligible for subsequent draws (i.e. each draw’s winners are unique).
   
• The selection process is private and not open to public audit.
   

6. Draw Schedule

• Draw 1: Entries from 22 Sep –  5 Oct → winners announced by 17 Oct
• Draw 2: Entries from 6 Oct – 19 Oct → winners announced by 31 Oct
• Draw 3: Entries from 20 Oct – 2 Nov → winners announced by 14 Nov
• Draw 4: Entries from 3 Nov – 16 Nov → winners announced by 28 Nov
   

7. Prizes

• RM100 Shopee Voucher per winner (non‑transferable, no cash alternative).

• Total of 12 vouchers over the Campaign Period.
   

8. Winner Notification & Redemption

• Winners will be notified via SMS and/or WhatsApp within seven (7) business days of each draw.
   
• Winners must respond to the notification within three (3) business days.
   
• Vouchers will be delivered electronically within fourteen (14) business days of response.
   
• Unclaimed prizes after fourteen (14) days will be forfeited; no alternate winner will be selected.
   

• Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or greater value without prior notice.
   

10. Disqualification & Abuse

• Entries deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these T&Cs will be void.
   
• Organizer may disqualify any participant suspected of tampering with or abusing the campaign mechanics (e.g., multiple identities or automated systems).
   

11. Data Protection

• Personal data (name, phone number) is collected solely for campaign administration and prize fulfillment.
   
• Data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 and not shared beyond voucher delivery.
   

12. Force Majeure

• Organizer is not liable for any delay or failure due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to system failures, server downtime, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
   

13. Amendments, Cancellation & Termination

• Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign (in whole or in part) at any time, without prior notice.
   
• Organizer also reserves the absolute right to terminate this campaign and cancel all prizes at its sole discretion, for any reason, without liability.

15. Acceptance
