iExpress Contest/Campaign/Promotions – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to iExpress’s Contest/Campaign/Promotions (“Promo”). The Promo is operated by iExpress MY Sdn Bhd (“we”, “our”, “iExpress”). By participating, you (“Participant”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”).

3. Eligibility & Entry
3.1  You must be a Malaysian resident, aged 18 or older as of the Promo start date.
3.2  Employees, officers, agents, franchisees of iExpress (and their immediate family) are not eligible.
3.3  No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
3.4  To enter, follow the steps in the Promo details (e.g. submit a photo, complete the online form). All Entries must be original, non‑infringing, and comply with the stated format.
3.5  Limit one Entry per person per Promo, unless otherwise stated.

4. Promo Period
4.1  The start and end dates/times are set out in the Promo details. Late or incomplete Entries are void.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
5.1  Winners will be selected based on the criteria in the Promo details (e.g. creativity, random draw). Our decisions are final.
5.2  We will notify winners via the communication channel specify in the Promo details. If we cannot contact you within 48 hours, we may or may not select an alternate winner.

6. Prize
6.1  Prizes are as described in the Promo details. No cash alternative is available. If a Prize is unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6.2  Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties or fees associated with Prize receipt or use.
6.3  Winners must claim their Prize within [ X ] days and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release.

7. Publicity & Licence
7.1  By accepting a Prize, you consent to our use of your name, likeness and Entry for marketing and promotional purposes, worldwide and royalty‑free, without further compensation.
7.2  By submitting an Entry, you grant iExpress a perpetual, non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce and display your Entry in any media.

8. Data Protection
8.1  We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
8.2  In the event of a notifiable personal data breach, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner within 72 hours and affected participants within 7 days.

9. Disqualification & Indemnity
9.1  We may disqualify any Entry that is fraudulent, defamatory, or breaches these T&C.
9.2  You agree to indemnify and hold iExpress harmless from any third‑party claims arising out of your Entry or participation.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1  To the fullest extent permitted by law, iExpress is not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from this Promo or any Prize.

11. Force Majeure
11.1  We may modify, suspend or cancel the Promo if events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, system failures) occur.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1  These T&C are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

13. Severability
13.1  If any provision is found invalid, the remainder will continue in full force.

14. Amendment
14.1  We reserve the right to amend these T&C at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.

15. Third‑Party Platforms
15.1  This Promo is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
